Hotel

To make your hotel reservation, please call the Steamboat Grand's Reservation Department at 877-269-2628 or make reservation online at  www.steamboat.com/ieee. Use the reservation code CCW08 if needed.  Please refer to the IEEE CCW Conference group when making reservation so that you may qualify for the special group rate.  To qualify for the special group rate, please make your reservation by October 6, 2008.

Travel

Steamboat Springs is easily accessible both by air and ground transportation. Details including schedules and maps can be found at the Steamboat website. In short, You can fly into Denver (DEN) and either take a short flight to Hayden (HDN) (see flight schedule here), or use a shuttle, limousine or a rented car.

If you are coming directly from IMC or ICNP:

You may have noticed     the first day of CCW08 overlaps with the last days of IMC and ICNP. If you are coming from one of these conferences, you may fly into Denver and connect to Hayden. One option for IMC people coming from Greece is a United/Lufthansa flight from Athens to Frankfurt or Munich, and then a direct flight into Denver.
